New York: 1920. Eight (10 1/4” x 7") cream colored cards, each with a fashion design whose stenciled silhouette drawing of the model (see reverse side of design #324, red crepe), is painted with the fashion design in watercolor by a professional contemporary hand -- presumably that of the designer. Each drawing includes the design number on the left with a brief description of the colors and the types of fabrics and trim used to create the garment, and on the right, the notation "Earle | 1375 B'way".
