8vo (9.25” x 6.25”). pp. [82]. Association Copy. Blue cloth covered boards with titles stamped in gold on front cover and spine, with the book plate of Dr. Kenneth E. and Helen Luther laid in. Very Good+ with faint age toning along page edges and bump to one corner. No dust jacket. An annotated catalogue of a 1954 Morgan Library exhibition purported to be "one of the most important exhibitions of manuscripts and first editions of children's literature ever assembled". This exhibition included over 300 children’s books and manuscripts of great rarity and significance borrowed from 40 institutions and private libraries from around the world. Dr. Kenneth Luther‘s extensive collection of books about children’s books was compiled by Robert Fleck and published by Oak Knoll Press in 1992. This book was part of the Luther collection.

A very good + copy with a small stain to the bottom edge of the block in a very good dust jacket with faint soiling along spine.
